Returns & Refunds

1. Unopened products

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order, provided the product is sealed, unused and in its original packaging.

2. Opened products

For hygiene and product-safety reasons, opened products or products with a broken seal cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are damaged or defective.

3. Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, broken or different from what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund, including the delivery fee, at no cost to you.

4. Cancelling an order

You can cancel your order free of charge before it ships by contacting us on WhatsApp. Once shipped, it is treated as a return under this policy.

5. How to request a return

Message us on WhatsApp at +971 50 405 7376 or email theashabi.ae@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will confirm your request and arrange collection.

6. Delivery fees

Delivery fees are non-refundable unless the error is ours (a damaged or incorrect item). For other returns, the cost of collecting the returned item may be deducted from your refund.

7. Refund method and timing

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we process your refund within 3 business days:

• Card, Apple Pay or Google Pay: the amount is returned to the same payment method and may take 5 to 14 business days to appear, depending on your bank.
• Cash on delivery: the amount is transferred to your bank account (IBAN) within 5 business days.

8. Refused deliveries

If a cash-on-delivery order is refused without a valid reason, we reserve the right to require prepayment for future orders.
