What is shilajit?<\/summary>\n

Shilajit is a natural black resin formed over centuries from decomposed mountain plants between rock layers in high ranges such as the Himalayas. It is rich in fulvic acid and natural minerals and has been used traditionally for thousands of years to support energy, strength and vitality.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n

What makes ASHABI Shilajit different?<\/summary>\n

100% pure resin (shilajit's original form, not powder or capsules), sourced from the Chitral mountains in the Himalayas at 17,000 \u2013 19,000 ft, purified, filtered and tested, and packed in an amber glass jar that preserves its quality.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n

How do I use it?<\/summary>\n

Using the spoon, take a rice-grain-sized amount (250 \u2013 500 mg) and dissolve it in warm water, tea, coffee or milk, then stir well. Suggested use: 250 mg twice daily or 500 mg once daily.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n

When will I notice a difference?<\/summary>\n

How can I tell if shilajit is authentic?<\/summary>\n

Authentic shilajit is a sticky resin that softens in your warm hand and hardens in the cold, dissolves fully in warm water without residue, and has a distinctive earthy smell. It doesn't dissolve in alcohol or burn like plastic.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n

Are there side effects? Who shouldn't take it?<\/summary>\n

ASHABI Shilajit is a natural supplement for adults. It is not recommended for pregnant or breastfeeding women or children. Please consult your doctor before use if you have a chronic condition or take medication.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n

How should I store it?<\/summary>\n

In a cool, dry place away from sunlight, with the jar tightly closed after each use. It may harden in cold weather and soften in heat \u2014 this is normal for authentic shilajit.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n
